Roles & Responsibilities:
You need to have entrepreneurial mindset and operate with extreme ownership
. As HR Recruiter we will be accountable for entire HR Operations in the Company. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can create and execute HR recruitment processes and operations to improve efficiencies
End to End Recruitment activities.
Handling variousJobPortals.
To be involved in advertising like >JobPostings Mass Mails Mass SMS etc.
Sourcing /Calling > Scheduling > Support Walk in Interviews >Follow ups > Onboarding support
Working on Zoho Recruit
Achieve monthly revenue target by onboarding candidates according to client mandates
Handling client & Recruitment Events : (Optional)
Ensuring timely monthly payroll processing while maximizing efficiencies maintaining operational standard and adhere to companys HR policies and procedures
Handling employee benefits Administration Group Health Insurance Personal Accident Insurance Covid 19 Protocols Monthly Additions & deletions
Provide timely response to enquiry from the internal team Govt. and 3rd party agencies utilizing knowledge and interpretation of policies procedures and legislation
Aggressively work on the implementation of recruiting strategy to do headhunting of manpower as per the existing and future openings in the company
Overseas processing of payroll changes ex. new hires terminations appraisal and system upgrade)
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
. Manage payroll tax audits
Handle employee queries and arrange organization open session for all the team members on monthly basis
Analyze and respond to complex matter requiring comprehensive knowledge of payrolls policies and procedures
Streamline the salary payment on time managing the HR MIS
Required skills:
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a HR Operations role preferable in Global Education Industry
Strong Knowledge on End to End Recruitment
Team Handling/ People Management exp would be an added advantage
High proficiency MS Excel and Google Sheet
Should be willing to work on Targets and SLA
Prior experience and managing head count of more than 50 is mandatory
Good communication skills & Interpersonal Skills
