Reports to: GM of Netherlands and Germany(Customer)
Location: Netherlands
Role Summary:
The positions responsibility is to organize and deliver defined service to Customer. Including working permit outplaced employee employment life cycle management etc.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver and follow up defined services provided to Customer.
- Ensures all service delivered compliance with local employment laws regulations and company policies procedures and processes.
- Support tax number handling and follow up related reports
- Work visa and residence permit application handling monitor card status and timely remind and follow up with Customer of new and extension case collect document check and verify document submitted.
- Outplaced employee employment lifecycle management
- Employment contract and master data management
- Administer and monitor time attendance reporting
- Support payroll team to properly calculate salary
- Support to check service invoice amount with the Customer
- Partner with internal teams to review processes identify issues and partner with them to resolve issues.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- University bachelors degree or similar.
- Minimum 1 years working experience in a generalist role especially in HR or shared service related role.
- Preferred working experiences from a global/international organization
- Very good at Microsoft Excel and Word good analytical skills basic understanding of financial knowledge
- Fluent in English Mandarin another European language is preferred.
- Basic labor law knowledge of European countries
