Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter with 2 to 3.5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and exposure to HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT hiring landscape and a proven ability to source screen and close technical roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various levels.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and other channels.
- Conduct initial screenings coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the offer and onboarding process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
- Support HR operations activities like documentation data management and employee coordination when required.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of technical roles skills and technologies.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Ismart or any other recruitment tools.
- Exposure to basic HR operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
