Job Description
ServiceNow is committed to investing in the UK sector planning a $1.5bn 1.15bn) investment over the next five years. We aim to expand our workforce beyond 1000 employees open new office spaces and enhance our AI capabilities by upgrading our London and Newport data centres with Nvidia GPUs positively impacting our Public Sector clients. Additionally we will launch new skills programmes to benefit 240000 UK learners. Rachel Reeves Chancellor of the Exchequer praised this investment as a significant boost to the UKs tech and AI sector.
We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President (VP) reporting to the GVP UKI to lead our Public Sector team in the UK and Ireland (UKI). This senior leadership role will be responsible for leading direct leaders and an indirect team of 26 professionals. The VP will develop and drive strategic initiatives foster strong relationships with public sector clients and ensure the successful delivery of our solutions.

- Inspire and lead a team of direct leaders and an indirect team of 26 professionals ensuring alignment with ServiceNows strategic goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the public sector in the UKI focusing on growth customer satisfaction and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key public sector stakeholders including government agencies local authorities and other public sector organizations.
- Drive the adoption of ServiceNows solutions within the public sector demonstrating the value and impact of our technology on improving public services.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product development to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Represent ServiceNow at industry events conferences and meetings showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the public sector.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role we need someone who has:
Qualifications:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the public sector
- Strong track record of managing and leading highperforming teams.
- Excellent understanding of the public sector landscape in the UKI including key challenges opportunities and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced complex and dynamic environment.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
