We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations ensuring accuracy compliance and strategic financial planning to drive our organizations success.
- Manage and direct all accounting and financial control functions including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth objectives
- Oversee the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and Accor Standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning process working closely with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decisionmaking
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets
- Manage relationships with external auditors banks and other financial institutions
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications :
- MBA in Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
- Indepth knowledge of financial analysis budgeting forecasting and reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking capabilities with experience in managing and developing teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience in implementing and optimizing financial processes and controls
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
