This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy in financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing accounting ERP systems and financial controls with a keen attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Job Responsibilities -
- Oversee month-end closing financial statement analysis and variance reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports journal entries and cost analysis.
- Manage forecasting budgeting and strategic financial planning.
- Reconcile key accounts including inventory intercompany and bank accounts.
- Oversee vendor setup commission calculations and payroll-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act and internal controls.
- Utilize ERP systems Power BI and other financial tools for reporting and insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and process improvements.
Job Requirements-
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Manufacturing accounting experience including cost accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel ERP systems Power BI OneStream and Blackline.
- Prior leadership experience (2 years as Accounting Manager or Controller).
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance and financial controls.
- Excellent communication organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
