Job Description

Overview
The Delivery Coordinator works with Sales and Operations management and supervisors to coordinate organize and execute all routing functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all necessary functions associated with daily routing
- Work with Sales representatives and managers to ensure all batch times are met
- Work with Warehouse management to ensure work/orders are available
- Work with Delivery and Sales management to maintain and improve routing templates
- Ensure all geocodes are accurate
- Work closely with sales reps to ensure all orders meet delivery requirements
- Support management investigating truck shorts and loading errors
- Assist admin personnel scheduling and loading dunnage and other returns
- Work with Sales to assign all atrisk Inventory to predetermined accounts
- Attend safety meetings and complete all training as assigned
- When necessary assist Operations with pulling and loading orders
- Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Teams
- Must be able to lift between 4050 lbs. daily
Preferred Qualifications
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in warehouse software and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Proficient in warehouse equipment
- VIP and other VIP Integrated Software proficiency (RoadNet WebTL Bev on the Web VIP Legacy)
