Were seeking a Business Office Manager to join our growing team! Reliability trustworthiness and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job. The ability to regularly and timely attend work cooperative and politely work and deal with others and to effectively multitask and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job.

Responsibilities:
- Deal effectively with residents public and coworkers.
- Supervise business office staff.
- Organize prioritize and work within deadlines.
- Managing critical deadlines and keen attention to detail
- Work across departments to achieve positive outcomes for residents and families
Requirements:
- Prior accounting experience in a longterm care or skilled nursing setting is required;
- Experience working with Medicare Medicaid managed care and private insurance;
- Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills;
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA guidelines;
- Knowledge of nursing home business functions.
- Must qualify for company insurance pass DMV check practice good defensive skills.
