Overview: The New Vehicle Sales Manager is responsible for planning organizing directing and controlling the activities of the newvehicle sales department and measuring the performance of the employees in the department. They will be responsiblefor appraising customer vehicles ordering and controlling level of new vehicle inventory inventory and merchandising and displaying new vehicles.
Qualifications: Minimum of two years of new vehicle sales experience. Managerial experience preferred. Valid instate drivers license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communications skills.High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Duties:
Working Conditions: The new vehicle manager works both indoors and out moving about the dealership facility and lot to communicate with salespeople and customers. They work closely with the used vehicle department and the Finance and Insurance Department to transport paperwork and to discuss sales. Weekend evening and holiday hours will be required. Test driving customer vehicles and dealership vehicles will be required.
