Job summary:
The Security Partner supports the analysis classification and response to cybersecurity risks within an organization. This professional address cybersecurity risk and analyzes the potential business and customer risk aligning processes and controls to the relevant frameworks and internal systems.
The Security Partner is able to identify areas of concern for their specific organization supporting resolution and mitigation by providing advice and recommendations.
Main responsibilities:
As a Security Partner you will play a key role in Thales digital transformation and you will be entrusted with the following missions:
- Carry out risk analyses potentially related to the field of defense and institutions (French and European) including approvals and / or certifications;
- Be the initiator and promoter of SOC and Red Team actions;
- Write Information System Security opinions / security analysis on requests for software addition to the catalog;
- Carry out benchmarks on Information System Security solutions to assess their effectiveness and relevance;
- Process requests for exceptions in IT security;
- Manage and update the dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to IT security;
- Prepare presentations for Security Monthly meetings with our clients including KPIs and relevant security information;
- Participate in architecture review workshops to contribute to the development and improvement of security infrastructures;
- Monitor security action plans to ensure their implementation and effectiveness.
Who are you:
- Engineering background specialized in cybersecurity and solid knowledge of professional experience in IT security
- Experience working with a variety of governance risk and compliance (GRC) tools as well as risk assessment risk analytics and reporting tools
- Good understanding of data privacy and protection frameworks such as ISO27001 NIST Cyber essentials CIS20 and the GDPR regulations
- Indepth knowledge of risk analysis methodologies including associated certifications (Ebios RM ISO 27005 etc.
- Very familiar with recent attack techniques mastery of the MITRE ATT&CK and CIS Framework
- Preferably programming oriented development skills
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies security and associated tools particularly related to the SOC including SIEM detection technologies etc.
- Familiar with penetration tests (how to perform recommendations etc.
- Proficiency in project management and dashboard tools
- Practiced the Agile working method (Scrum / Kanban)
- Fluent in English
