Tasks
Your Key Contributions
- Lead Global TA Strategy & Employer Branding: You will be instrumental in developing and implementing overarching global Talent Acquisition programs. A core focus will be on strengthening Employer Brand and articulating the unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Drive End-to-End Senior Recruitment: You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for complex senior and strategic roles across Switzerland and other key European markets. This includes proactive sourcing candidate assessment offer negotiation and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Optimize & Innovate TA Processes: Youll be responsible for enhancing operational excellence within our recruitment processes. This includes strategic initiatives like integrating Direct Labour roles into the global talent acquisition model and continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage Market Intelligence for Strategic Sourcing: You will conduct in-depth market analyses provide talent insights and utilize advanced sourcing strategies to build robust proactive candidate pipelines that align with the long-term workforce needs.
- Collaborate & Influence Stakeholders: You will partner closely with HR Business Partners senior leadership and hiring managers across the organization. Your ability to consult influence and build strong relationships will be key to understanding talent needs and securing the best candidates.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Extensive Recruitment Expertise: You possess a minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience ideally gained within a complex highly specialized technical or industrial environment.
- Proven Strategic Impact: You have a demonstrated track record of leading or significantly contributing to impactful talent acquisition programs particularly in areas like employer branding recruitment marketing and talent intelligence.
- Strong Bilingual Proficiency: Proficiency in German is required; fluency in English is essential enabling seamless collaboration across global teams.
- Commitment to Onsite Presence: You are willing to work 3 days per week onsite in Switzerland to foster team collaboration and engage directly with the business.
- Analytical & Tech-Savvy Mindset: You are proficient with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and possess strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making in recruitment.
