We are seeking a detailoriented digitally focused collaborative marketing associate who excels in relationship building and customer service as an Assistant Digital Account Coordinator in our Manchester NH office for our Retail Groups division. As an Assistant Digital Account Coordinator youll work directly with members to build a winning digital strategy that drives traffic to their store websites by managing their digital presence making sure their local listings are accurate and their online reputations stays strong. Youll use cuttingedge marketing tools to help businesses get discovered on search engines optimize their Google Business Profiles and generate positive online reviews. By keeping data accurate and analyzing performance youll identify trends develop creative strategies and ensure our members get the most out of their digital marketing efforts.

Our Assistant Digital Account Coordinator will:
Work with the members on reputation management research background and generate context for responding to negative reviews online.
Review monthly Local Listing and Reputation reporting from 3rd party platforms. Review and discuss key data points and insights with members.
Support the Account Team with project work marketing audits and covering out of the office coverage.
Support and enhance the digital presence of our retail division members through inbound marketing tactics designed to attract engage and convert more customers.
Use project management software to schedule review and track deliverables as well as field and facilitate members inbound marketing requests.
Do our requirements match YOUR background
Bachelors degree in communications or marketing or 13 years of experience in marketing or account management.
Skilled in discussing broad or complex concepts and simplifying them into clear concise strategic messaging for easy consumption by target audiences across various formats and channels.
Experience with CMS platforms (like WordPress) Google Analytics and HTML is a plus.
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Personal computer skills (Microsoft Office inclusive of Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
