About the Company: T3 Services Group is a national company with 7 locations across the US providing Plumbing Drains HVAC and Electrical services to customers. Our business is powered by phenomenal technicians and installers who pride themselves in giving 5 start service to every customer they meet. And we cant forget our amazing administrative staff of call center agents dispatchers coordinators etc who keep the business operating smoothly.

We are looking for an HRBP to join our team. You must live in the Denver CO metro area OR Spokane Valley WA region OR Albuquerque NM area to qualify for this role.

    Job Duties:
    > Onboard & Offboard team members through the T3 proven process
    > Employee relations
    > Manage employee files ensuring compliance for record keeping legalities
    > Act as liaison for employee when they have benefit questions
    > Process worker compensation claims auto incidents FMLA / LOA
    > Partner with T3 Safety Specialist to ensure ongoing training is conducted policies are followed employees remain safe
    > Participate in employee event planning engagement surveys recognition initiatives and more

    What You Need:
    > Experience working in Human Resources for 2 years
    > Prior experience working in an HRIS to manage onboarding and other functions
    > Must live in one of the following regions Denver CO; Spokane Valley WA; Albuquerque NM
    > Must have the ability to work on site as needed by the business. (details will be discussed in the interview process)
    > SHRM or other HR certificate is a plus
