1. CDP Implementation:
o Lead the endtoend deployment of the Customer Data Platform across all relevant business functions.
o Oversee data integration from multiple sources (CRM website social media paid ads).
2. AI Integration:
o Design and implement predictive and generative AI models for customer segmentation lead scoring churn prediction and nextbestaction analysis working with an implementation partner
o Ensure AIpowered personalization in marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
3. Data Strategy & Management:
o Collaborate with IT Marketing and Sales teams to define data architecture and governance.
o Ensure the CDP complies with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Work with marketing teams to align CDP capabilities with campaign goals.
o Train internal teams to use AIenabled insights for decisionmaking.
5. Performance Monitoring:
o Set KPIs and evaluate the impact of AI models and CDP on business metrics like lead conversion retention and customer satisfaction.
o Provide regular performance reports and optimization recommendations.
Who are we looking for
Education:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science Marketing or a related field.
Advanced certifications in CDP platforms (e.g. Tealium Segment Salesforce or similar) are a plus.
Skills:
o Strong understanding of CDP tools data management and marketing automation systems.
o Experience in implementing AI and predictive analytics models for marketing use cases.
o Experience in real estate or other customercentric industries.
o Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo WebEngage).
o Proficiency in customer segmentation data mapping and audience targeting strategies.
o Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
