Job Description
As a Product Manager at Edwisely youll be at the heart of crafting solutions that shape our user experience and amplify our impact on engineering education. Youll lead projects from concept through collaborating with crossfunctional teams to bring products to life that resonate with our users. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and shape the future of our platform by defining innovative solutions that address user needs and align with business goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders and users to gather insights translating their feedback into features that create seamless and meaningful experiences.
- Lead crossfunctional teams (engineering design marketing) in a collaborative and agile environment to launch impactful product enhancements.
- Leverage analytics and data insights to inform product development track progress and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor products identifying opportunities that give us a competitive edge.
- Develop a structured prioritization process that balances impact with effort ensuring the team focuses on highvalue work.
- Oversee project timelines scope and budget ensuring successful and timely delivery of product milestones.
- Champion product quality by conducting rigorous testing capturing user feedback and implementing refinements to continuously improve our offerings.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech
- 25 years of experience in product management or similar roles in a tech environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking.
- Adaptability to a fastpaced dynamic environment with a proactive problemsolving approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and an understanding of usercentric design.
- Experience working with engineering and design teams to bring ideas to life.
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of EdTech or the software industry.
