Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This fulltime position is ideal for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of work experience in the real estate or related industry. As a Business Development Executive you will be involved in identifying new business opportunities building client relations and driving sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and behavior (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in sales techniques and strategies to achieve business objectives (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Strong client relations skills to build and maintain longterm partnerships
- Prior experience or knowledge in business development activities
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and selfmotivated attitude to achieve and exceed targets
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure longterm collaboration
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends and identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and opportunities
