Job Description
HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
GreenJams is looking for an entrepreneurial engineering graduate to manage operations at our Agrocrete manufacturing unit in Meerut Uttar Pradesh. This is an onsite job where the ideal candidate will manage and execute daily operations.
Roles & responsibilities:
Manage production and fulfil weekly targets
Preparation and updating MIS for inventory raw material stock and personnel
Oversee plant maintenance production efficiency and worker productivity
Keep on top of stock availability and raw material inventory and communicate with sales teams on delivery schedules
Coordinate dispatch of goods to customers and ensure delivery through telephonic updates
Preparation of invoices and eway bills through Zoho Books
Maintain strict confidentiality of operations IP and technologies.
Future of the candidate:
This position could put you on the path to joining the leadership team to grow operations vertically and horizontally. There could also be opportunities for joining crossfunctional teams for business development through our innovative franchising models. There will also be opportunities in the future for special training and career development basis the interest of the candidate.

Minimum qualification: BE/BTech (Civil/Mechanical)
Experience: 01 Years
