Employee Benefits Producer (Medicare)
Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team is available for a skilled Employee Benefits Producer specializing in Medicare. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Medicare sales to serve clients providing them with toptier benefits solutions. This role offers the chance to work in a fastpaced highenergy environment where success is celebrated. Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospective clients and leads provided by the company.
- Safeguard the best interests of both clients and insurance company partners.
- Quote and sell Medicare products ensuring the best fit for clients needs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Collaborate with the team while maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license required.
- Proven experience in Medicare sales.
- Strong ability to multitask and handle different projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a proactive and positive approach to tasks and client interactions.
- Preferred Agency Management System experience: Applied EPIC
Compensation Package:
- Compensation: Between $50K$55K (based on experience) commissions.
