About the Role
Were seeking a Senior Manager Product Design to lead inspire and scale a highperforming design team. In this role youll drive strategy vision and across key product areas ensuring worldclass user experiences that impact business outcomes. Youll foster a collaborative innovative design culture while partnering closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver intuitive highperforming and engaging experiences.
This role requires a leader who excels at balancing design craft experimentation and business impactempowering teams to push boundaries while delivering measurable results.

- Manage a team of senior product designers and writers fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and measurable impact.
- Help to develop a longterm vision rooted in strong product discovery and client research while ensuring the team delivers highquality highimpact solutions that drive revenue retention and client satisfaction.
- Partner with Product Engineering Research Data Science and Marketing to improve key business metrics.
- Ensuring a seamless experience that increases client retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and resonate across diverse client demographics.
- Establish scalable routines improving speed iteration cycles and collaboration across teams.
- Ensure the team leverages and contributes to scalable design systems that enhance consistency efficiency and usability across products.
Were excited about you because you
- Have 10 years of product design experience in ecommerce consumer tech or a similar field with a portfolio that showcases your ability to drive transformative experiences.
- Have 5 years of leadership experience in product design directly managing a team.
- Bring a strategic mindset with experience owning UX strategies that have significantly impacted metrics.
- Possess deep knowledge of design usercentered frameworks and accessibility best practices.
- Are a creative problem solver who excels at driving alignment across crossfunctional teams and influencing product direction.
- Demonstrate a passion for innovation keeping up with industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary benefits and equity. The salary for USbased employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someones compensationincluding a candidates professional background experience location and position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
