As an Oncology Patient Journey Partner you will play a pivotal role in promoting our exciting portfolio of oncology treatments to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key oncology stakeholders including oncologists healthcare providers tocreate meaningful solutions that improve patient outcomes.

You will work closely with a supportive team driving towards our goals for patients while contributing to the advancement of groundbreaking therapies.
What you will be working on:
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Promote our oncology products to healthcare providers within an assigned territory
Develop and execute territory plans to maximize opportunities to create value for our stakeholders and for Roche to and meet our goals
Build strong longterm relationships with oncologists and other healthcare professionals
Review customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels ensuring regular engagement with target customers through face to face meetings virtual calls dinner presentation meetings clinic luncheons and participation in industry events
Provide expert knowledge on the clinical data and benefits of our oncology products
Collaborate internally with crossfunctional teams (marketing medical etc) to drive business growth and great customer experience. Work effectively within the Oncology team contributing to team success
Monitor and analyse territory performance market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and improve outcomes
Gather valuable insights from customers and effectively communicate them to the internal team to help validate and define our strategic initiatives
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Who you are:
You are someone with a strong passion to create value and impact on the ecosystem. You think from an Enterprise level beyond boundaries and borders in order to bring best possible outcomes to both the local health environment and more broadly across Roche globally.
You have:
3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative or in similar capacity with a proven track record in oncology (preferred)
Indepth knowledge of the oncology landscape including key therapeutic areas treatments and clinical data
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry regulations and market dynamics
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences Business or a related field (desirable)
Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in a competitive marketplace
Resultsoriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve Roches ambitions and exceed expectations
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

This is a Sydney and fieldbased customer engagement role for NSW. Valid driving licence and full eligibility to live and work in Australia is necessary as visa/relocation support is not available for this position.
