Candid Health is seeking an experienced outcomeoriented leader to join our Customer Operations team as a Customer Strategy & Operations Lead. In this highly levered role youll be responsible for leading and growing a highperforming team that is the tip of the spear working incredibly closely with our customers to deliver critical outcomes for their businesses and for Candid.
You will be the primary owner of a number of executive customer relationships capturing signal on what is most valuable to them and working crossfunctionally (e.g. with Product Engineering Billing Ops and Customer Support) to develop and implement solutions and ultimately maximize the value that Candid delivers for our customers.
Lead a team of Customer Operations ICs working crossfunctionally (with e.g. Product Engineering Billing Ops and Customer Support teams) to deliver businesscritical customer outcomes.
Develop exceptional talent via intentional apprenticeship and mentoring (i.e. be the talent forge for Candid).
Maximize revenue retention and growth for a defined customer portfolio that represents a significant portion of Candids current and future business.
Develop and consistently demonstrate a deeply substantive skillset and working knowledge of the Candid product and the details of our customers pain points.
Build and maintain relationships with senior executive customer stakeholders ensuring that Candid is focused on delivering value for them.
Partner with Sales to manage inbound deal flow and strategic growth.
Youll play a critical role in shaping our company culture and help make this the best place weve ever worked.
You have 710 years of total experience including at least 23 years of experience building and/or leading highperforming teams to deliver key business outcomes in complex dynamic environments.
You maintain a high quality bar and strive for excellence in everything that you do but also believe that done is better than perfect and have good intuition around which corners are okay to cut and which arent.
You are motivated by and have a track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior executive customer stakeholders.
You enjoy identifying problems and working crossfunctionally to design and deliver solutions to address them but arent shy about rolling up your sleeves and getting the work done in the meantime.
Youre a clear and concise communicator; you enjoy the challenge of explaining complicated ideas in simple terms both inperson and in writing.
Optionally You have experience in healthcare technology and/or healthcare financial services or B2B SaaS.
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $165000 $200000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including jobrelated skills experience/qualifications interview performance market data etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity sales incentives (for sales roles) and employee benefits. Given Candid Healths funding and size we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
Please note: we are looking for employees to join our inperson culture at one of our offices (Denver San Francisco or New York). Our ideal weekly schedule is 4 days inoffice and 1 day working remotely.
Full-Time
