Job Summary
As a Trading Services Analyst within our dynamic team you will be responsible for performing control reconciliations to verify trade positions. Your role will involve investigating settlements and focusing on process reengineering with a key emphasis on promoting automation and efficiency in our trading operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Upload market data to risk management systems.
- Perform reconciliations against market sources.
- Verify trading positions through control reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve settlement queries.
- Provide solutions for confirmation issues.
- Produce management statistics.
- Complete operations projects.
- Handle ad hoc requests for new initiatives.
- Enhance operations and technology systems.
- Streamline process flows.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate a strong logical/analytical mindset.
- Understand process flows and system linkages.
- Think creatively to improve processes.
- Communicate effectively in writing and speech.
- Work from 10 am to 8 pm.
- Apply analytical skills to problemsolving.
- Hold a BA or BS degree.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience in Finance industry operations.
- Knowledge of VBA.
- Familiarity with new system implementations.
- Ability to challenge the status quo.
- Skills in process reengineering.
- Understanding of market data systems.
- Experience with control reconciliations.
