Our employees are trained to utilize todays cutting edge equipment to deliver high quality line painting asphalt restoration sealcoating and overall pavement maintenance.
Our newly formed Colorado Springs location is seeking a dedicated selfmotivated individual to fill the role of Pavement Maintenance Technician. Our rapidly growing team is in need of leaders to help successfully launch and support our growing network of clients. As Pavement Maintenance Technician you will be ask to perform duties operate machinery and oversee a variety of projects spread out across our regions which include Colorado Springs Pueblo and the Western Slope/I70 corridor (with a primary focus on Colorado Springs/Pueblo). This franchisee is backed by a family office that has been investing in Colorado Springs since 2020 and the Pavement Maintenance Technician role will have the ability to grow within the various businesses.
Work schedule is project driven weather permitting and generally seasonal (March through November) with the potential opportunity for some offseason work. Weekend and night work is also required so the ideal candidate will enjoy a flexible schedule with 40 hour weeks during peak periods. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grow alongside the business with an opportunity to assume a leadership role in the future.
