Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Operations Executive to join our team in Gurgaon responsible for managing daytoday operations in our fastpaced environment. This is a fulltime role requiring a candidate with a keen understanding of ecommerce operations and exceptional customer service abilities. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with various departments to streamline processes and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in customer service demonstrating the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in vendor management to build and maintain strong supplier relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Sound knowledge of ecommerce operations enabling seamless management of online shopping platforms (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with courier services ensuring timely and secure delivery of products to customers.
- Ability to convincingly communicate with different stakeholders to create consensus and drive positive outcomes.
- Familiarity with sales processes to support business growth and achieve company objectives.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Proactive problemsolving skills to swiftly address operational challenges and mitigate potential issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations to ensure seamless integration between sales and delivery systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to maintain optimum stock levels and meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure prompt responses to customer queries and complaints.
- Work on optimizing supply chain operations focusing on reducing costs and improving service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards to maintain the integrity of operations.
- Develop reports and insights from operational data to guide decisionmaking and business strategy.
- Support new initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews of procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
