Job Description

CAMP Systems is the leading provider of aircraft compliance and health management services to the global business aviation industry. Job Summary:

As a Systems Administrator with a security focus you will report to the Sr. Director of Infrastructure. This role emphasizes protecting IT infrastructure from cyber threats while maintaining operational efficiency upkeep and reliable operation of said infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have knowledge across a breadth of systems and security concepts.

Responsibilities:

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Take ownership and follow through with projects and tasks until completion
Manage relationships and expectations with multiple stakeholders and multiple teams primarily the Security & GRC and Infrastructure teams
Monitor systems for security breaches analyze potential threats and swiftly respond to incidents. Assist others (both the immediate team and crossfunctional teams) in researching/troubleshooting issues and incidents
Monitor SIEM and security event logs create tickets and ensure issues are seen to completion
Keep systems fully patched and secure. Manage scheduling of patches coordinating with stakeholders to ensure optimal timing and fallback plans. Configure automation tools such as Automox and WSUS to aid in patching and reporting.
Manage/maintain Authentication Management systems (MFA/SSO)
Install configure and manage servers and virtual machines with automations tools.
Develop and support policies to secure mobile devices and laptops.
User and Group Management Access Control and Security Hardening
Ensuring Active Directory is managed and integrates seamlessly with other systems
Configure intrusion detection systems antivirus tools and adjust security rules as needed
Document all system and security changes

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline. Equivalent work experience acceptable
3 Years Experience in System and Security Administration
Security specific certification (CompTIA Security SSCP CISSP). CISSP preferred
Experience with managing CrowdStrike Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Intune
Experience with configuring monitoring and troubleshooting Okta MFA/SSO
Experience configuring monitoring and researching issues through a SIEM (Sumo Logic Splunk)
Proficiency with VPN solutions including deployment and troubleshooting.
Comfortable with virtualized & cloud environments (Nutanix Acropolis HyperV AWS Azure)
Knowledge of both Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems
HTML experience is a plus to help administer WAF environments

Compensation: $70000.00 $90000.00 USD per year (dependent on experience)
