RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter accounting related information into the general ledger
- Inspect accounting records and schedules for efficiency and accuracy
- Organize and update financial records
- Perform various monthly reconciliations
- Assist in preparing documentation for external auditors
- Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Keeps work area neat and clean.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as an Office Managerin a dealership
- Proven track record
- Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
- Available to work flexible hours.
- Ability to communicate customers interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
- Teamoriented
- Willing to submit to a preemployment background check.
- Professional personal appearance
- Valid Drivers License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.
