We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Director of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function across a fastgrowing portfolio in real estate acquisition development and property management. As a key member of our leadership team the Director of Marketing will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives revenue growth brand leadership resident acquisition and retention and investor confidence to position our company as a premier force in real estate. They will lead and mentor a growing team ensuring marketing remains a revenuegenerating powerhouse that aligns with business priorities.


In addition to the duties typically expected of a seasoned Marketing professional they will be responsible for:


Marketing Strategy & Leadership

PerformanceDriven Digital & Social Media Marketing

Property Marketing & Leasing Acceleration

Brand & Creative Leadership

Marketing Team Leadership & CrossFunctional Collaboration

Qualifications & Experience

This role requires you to be an excellent marketer with a demonstrated ability to identify and focus on highleverage priority initiatives while leading a team to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is passionate about building and executing programs and campaigns that add value. They are detailoriented and well organized capable of handling multiple projects at once and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and managing multiple stakeholders towards a common goal.
