About The Role:
Reporting to our Senior Director of Marketing melin is looking for a highly versatile Sr. Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Marketing team. The Sr. Brand Partnerships Manager should have exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated success identifying industry trends building strong relationships and creating campaigns with authentic storytelling. They will be a strong communicator and able to balance priorities and requests across multiple projects and work in tandem with crossfunctional partners and brand department leads (Brand Marketing Creative Product Retail Ecom Sales). This person should have experience in either action sports lifestyle fashion or the entertainment industry and be wellversed in all facets of partnerships including business development brand elevation account management contract negotiations and legal best practices. They are responsible for helping grow brand awarenesses drive incremental revenue for the business keeping projects on task from start to finish and keeping all parties updated on the progress. Further their responsibility is to make sure projects run smoothly and communicate with both the partner and melin department leads to help confirm that all parties are satisfied with the result and have met our desired goals. Location & Office Structure: This is an inoffice hybrid position mandatory 4 days per week in office in San Clemente with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines. This position requires travel up to 50.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $111000 to $140000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
