Your Mission: Create experiences people remember
As Event & Brand Experience Manager (m/w/d) you will be the creative and operational force behind voizes physical brand presence. From trade shows to bespoke healthcare events youll craft standout in-person experiences that boost awareness spark relationships and drive measurable business impact.
Youll report to the Director of Marketing and as part of 4-person execution and data-driven team own the full event lifecycle - ensuring voize shows up with professionalism personality and purpose.
Your Daily Business - No two days are alike
Plan coordinate and execute B2B trade shows events and brand activations across the healthcare sector
Launch and own new formats such as roadshows roundtables and private events
Manage suppliers negotiate with vendors and oversee all event logistics and merch planning
Create toolkits like playbooks checklists and setup guides to make execution smoother over time
Sync regularly with sales marketing and design to align messaging and goals
Be hands-on at events: from setup to lead capture to post-event reporting.
Turn every touchpoint into a brand experience that moves people
Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
Several years experience independently planning and executing multiple marketing events and trade shows
Excellent project management skills (timelines internal coordination and budgeting)
Creative thinker who understands brand storytelling through physical touch points
Comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid team setup with lots of ownership
Proactive hands-on mindset - whether packing merch building stands or troubleshooting onsite
Fluent German speaker (C1) travel-ready and energized by live interactions.
