In this role youll work closely with both our People & Culture and Marketing teams to help bring our employer brand to life. From researching market trends and brainstorming fresh ideas to creating engaging content for social media youll play a key part in how we connect with future talent and showcase our culture. Youll also support marketing campaigns help coordinate events and contribute to email marketing effortsgaining valuable exposure to campaign metrics and reporting along the way.

In this role youll contribute to a variety of brand and investment marketing initiatives from developing content for social media and email campaigns to supporting our product education program coordinating events and analyzing campaign performance. Youll also collaborate with our People & Culture team on select employer branding projects to help showcase our culture.

Youll have the opportunity to learn and lead:

Brand Marketing

• Support the execution of brand campaigns across social email and digital channels.
• Draft and schedule engaging social media content that reflects our brand voice and values.
• Contribute to internal resources communications and employee initiatives.
• Collaborate on employer brand content including employee spotlights and culture campaigns.
• Assist in building and maintaining a consistent brand presence across platforms.

Investment Marketing

• Conduct research on industry trends competitor positioning and advisor behaviors.
• Help create educational materials and product-focused content that simplifies complex investment strategies.
• Support the planning and promotion of webinars product updates and educational events.
• Assist in campaign reporting by tracking email performance website traffic and other key metrics.
• Help organize assets for product marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of targeted messaging for various audience segments.

What You Bring:

• Student working toward achieving post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing Communications or related fields.
• Currently enrolled in a formal co-op program with a recognized post-secondary institution (must at least be entering in their second final year or final year of studies)
• Experience in managing social media platforms for business including content creation and maintenance
• Skilled in conducting in-depth research on industry trends competitors and target audiences to support marketing and branding strategies in the long run.
• Attention to detail and the ability to monitor and track metrics generate comprehensive reports and proofread content.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content and effectively collaborate with HR Marketing teams and external partners.
• Capability to utilize data analysis techniques to identify market opportunities and consumer behavior patterns.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel
