Required Skills & Qualifications ofInside Sales: Inside Sales: Business Development Representative (BDR):

  • Excellent listening to identify challenges our clients & prospects are facing so we can deliver solutions.
  • Wellversed in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external recipients.
This is not a receptionist role. As a GLRC Business Development Representative your elevated sense of urgency will set the pace converting leads into appointments for your Outside Sales partner.You reach targets by putting your partner on rooftops. Keep them busy to earn your commission/bonus.

Responsibilities of Inside Sales: Business Development Representative (BDR):
  • Generate lead flow Prospect leads via initial phone or email contact averaging 810 calls/hour. As the point person on the sales team youll engage the account and prepare them for a meeting with your Outside partner.
  • Manage current accounts Stay in close contact with existing accounts to foster brand trust serve ongoing needs and generate referrals. Generally youll contact each customer 4 6 times/year.
  • Customer support Answer incoming calls and emails identify issues and make suggestions for future solutions.
