Job Title: PMO Process Excellence Leader
The Opportunity: Join Hitachi Energy as a PMO Process Excellence Leader and be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation in our project management office. This role offers a unique chance to shape and refine our PMO processes ensuring they are proactive efficient and aligned with our organizational goals. Youll play a pivotal role in achieving ISO certification and leading continuous improvement initiatives. How Youll Make an Impact:
- Develop and implement standardized PMO processes and procedures.
- Ensure processes align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in project management and share best practices across the team.
- Take full ownership of endtoend project management tool architecture.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all PMO processes following our established Standard Operating Procedure framework including the Phase Gate Model.
- Maintain uptodate process manuals and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PMO processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and partner with site PMO teams in implementing improvement actions.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve PMO processes leveraging the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System.
- Establish improved change management processes across the PMO function.
Your Background:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Project Management or a related field.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and process improvement roles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing PMO processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Must have US work authorization and be able to work onsite
- Manufacturing and/or engineering work experiences preferred
