Core Responsibilities:
As a Management Analyst II in the Division of Contract Management you will:
Provide contractual oversight and administration of purchase of service agreements.
Review contract budgets revisions final quarter financial reports and closeout reports
Collaborate with program management financial staff auditors and providers.
Develop and analyze purchase of service agreements.
Monitor and evaluate the agreement financial and compliance components.
Partner with program management and providers in overall assessment of performance in order to assure integrated service delivery costeffectiveness and appropriate use of state/federal funds.
Assure that contractual requirements are met the regulatory changes are incorporated and that needed changes to the system occur as related to compliance or other issues.
Work with Program Offices to develop and refine contract language.
Minimum Qualifications:
In order to qualify you must have eight 8 years of education training and/or experience analyzing evaluating and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems programs and practices.
The background of wellqualified candidates will demonstrate the following competencies:
1. Experience in the development and oversight of contracts preferably those with multiservice levels and complex funding sources including invoice processing.
2. A demonstrated ability to successfully analyze complex financial reports.
