Job Description
Cedar Park Group is recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Estimator with a focus on Site Civil Construction. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in both estimating and managing construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- 15 years of experience required
- Develop accurate cost estimates by reviewing project plans specifications and documents.
- Lead and manage the estimation process utilizing industrystandard software (e.g. ProCore Bluebeam Foundation B2W).
- Prepare and submit bid packages negotiate contracts with subcontractors and ensure competitive pricing.
- Oversee all phases of project management including scope development budgeting scheduling and timeline management.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure successful project .
- Monitor project progress ensure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards.
- Manage budgets control costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns that arise.
- Perform postproject analysis to evaluate estimates and identify improvement areas.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chief Estimator with Site Civil knowledge or similar role in the construction industry.
- Must have: civil and demolition construction experience
- Proficiency in project management and estimating software (ProCore Bluebeam B2W Foundation).
- Strong understanding of construction processes materials and techniques.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask manage tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- A Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required.
