Provides support in accordance with established organization and office policies regulations and procedures. Directs and oversees the receipt tasking tracking and closure of all internal and external tasks. Manages the action tracking system. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with customers and other stakeholders of the offices both internally and externally. Personnel at this level shall be able to perform all of the tasks and have the skill set of an Intermediate Level.
Bachelors degree in a related field and 10 years of experience desired.
