FLEET MAINTENANCE PLANNER
LOCATION: ARVIN CA.

What you will need:
- Three years of experience working in Fleet Administration and maintenance scheduling.
- Basic understanding of heavyduty vehicles and equipment in a fleet environment with knowledge to develop daily job plans that accurately estimate labor hours
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook etc) and comfort working in a heavily systemdependent environment.
- Valid Drivers License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass preplacement drug screen physical and functional capacity evaluation.

- Be selfdirected and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Have strong critical thinking oral and written communication skills be approachable and tactful.
- Ability to confidently interact and work with Management cross functional teams vendors and contractors.
- Be organized detail oriented and have ability to mutlitask and track multiple projects schedules and requests simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize needs recognize resource conflicts and arrive at practical solutions using sound judgement and common sense.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.

Total Rewards: $76000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
