80 FTE 32 hours/week. 8hour dayshifts scheduled Tuesday 8:00 AM 3:30 PM Wednesday 10:00 AM 6:30 PM Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking aPhysical Therapistwith acute care experience to:
- Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex patients admitted to University Hospital in acute care settings.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidencebased treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans.
- Work within the context of patient and family centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center.
- Seek continual learning opportunities to advance ones own practice and educate others.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy Required
Work Experience
- 2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
