Credit Karma is seeking dynamic Growth Marketing Associates to join our Charlotte office. In this role you will help create highly personalized messages and marketing strategies that touch millions of members every day across multiple channels (including email push and inapp).
What Youll Do:
- Channel Strategy: Develop and execute highperforming marketing campaigns from inception to launch across owned channels (including email push and inapp). Leverage audience segmentation lifecycle automation and personalization to drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics A/B test creative variants and continuously refine channel marketing strategies based on datadriven insights.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with creative strategists designers and copywriters to craft compelling content ensuring all campaigns align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. Lead crossfunctional collaboration with creative analytics legal engineering and product teams to bring campaigns to life.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field
- 04 years of experience in a B2C marketing role or internship
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make datadriven recommendations
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
What we would like to see:
- Experience optimizing email or SMS marketing for conversion rate engagement revenue and/or customer retention
- Basic proficiency in SQL or other programming languages
