Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Lead Android Consultant. In this role you will Design develop and maintain complex software systems. You will Write clean maintainable and efficient code following industry best practices. You will lead the team and review the code. You will also be required to Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define requirements and design solutions. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design and lead to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate realtime scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defectfree solutions to meet our clients business needs. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Jose CA or be willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding.This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At Least 7 years of experience in designing implementing and evaluating innovative mobile software libraries frameworks and apps
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience in Android (Java Kotlin) Java SE/EE Kotlin Java Micro Edition (J2ME)
Experience in Android OS Testing App testing and mobile automation
Ensure timely delivery within SLAs and share relevant metrics with stakeholders
Expertise in scope management and test estimation and planning
Help to expand business footprints
Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Strong Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
