Job Summary
- Ventra Health a leading business solutions provider for facilitybased physicians is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst professional specializing in AI & Automation to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on leveraging AI and UiPath to optimize business processes through automation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure quality across automation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements design automation solutions and validate their efficacy in enhancing operational efficiency.
What you will be doing:
- In this role you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand their business process requirements identifying opportunities for automation to streamline operations. You willtranslate these business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications developingcomprehensive process workflows and solution design documentstailored to these requirements. As part of thequality assuranceprocess you will conductrigorous testing to validate the automation solutionsagainst the specified requirements. You will also play a pivotal role in providing training and support to endusers to facilitate successful adoption.
Essential Functions and Tasks
Must Have Functions and Tasks:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in analyzing business data to generate actionable insights and support decisionmaking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in TSQL for database querying and analysis.
- Python Skills: Use Python for data cleaning statistical analysis and creating visualizations.
- Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and prioritize business requirements.
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI Basics being able to import a dataset and create basic visuals.
- Proven analytical and problemsolving skills including the ability to think critically and outside of the box.
- Selfmotivated with the capability to meet deadlines on overlapping initiatives.
- Basic understanding of US Healthcare/RCM.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Curiosity.
Nice To Have Functions and Tasks:
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
- Exploratory data analysis.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Mathematics or related field.
- 3 years with strong SQL skills.
