The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident moveins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for CohenEsrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

Maintenance Experience
Ability to bend stoop lift carry push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
Ability to respond to afterhours emergencies
Valid Drivers License
Basic tools required to include personal smart phone technology.

Preferred Qualifications

HVAC Certified
Proven 2 years of HVAC experience
