Location:East Tulsa OK
Shift:MondayFriday 5:00 AM 4:30 PM (Saturdays as needed; must be open to overtime)

Position Overview
We are currently hiring an experiencedAlign and Grout/Teardown Technicianfor a leading manufacturer in East Tulsa. This dual-role position focuses on the precision alignment and grouting of major equipment on gas compressor packages as well as the teardown of equipment for shipping. TheAlign and Grout/Teardown Technicianplays a key role in maintaining the integrity and performance of each compressor unit by applying mechanical skills welding expertise and attention to detail.
Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience inequipment alignment teardown or related industrial rolespreferred
Proficiency withlaser levels and alignment tools
Ability toread and interpret technical drawings schematics and blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of compressor systems
Familiarity withMIG and flux-core welding techniques
Excellentcommunication skillsand ability to work with a team
Detail-oriented with strongproblem-solving skills
Ability towork independentlyor as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As anAlign and Grout/Teardown Technician your responsibilities will include:
Installing major equipment on compressor skids
Usingprecision alignment toolsand laser-leveling instruments
PerformingMIG and flux-core welding
Reading and interpretingblueprints and technical specifications
Disassembling gas compressor packages and components for shipping
Operatinghand tools power tools and overhead cranes
Maintaining tools and equipment in proper working condition
Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates
Following allcompany safety protocols and PPE requirements
Demonstrating reliability through punctuality and consistent attendance
Physical Requirements
Ability tolift 50 lbswith or without assistance
Must be able tostand for extended periods
Able tobend kneel and climbas required
Work in anon-climate-controlled environment
