Pay: $18$20/hour
Location: Tulsa OK
Hours: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 4:00 PM (hours may vary)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Bench Technician to join our Tulsa team. This hands-on role involves working with precision tools and equipment to create high-quality components while collaborating with experienced craftsmen. The Bench Technician position is ideal for someone with machining or manufacturing experience who values accuracy teamwork and continuous learning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with precision interpret blueprints drawings and instructions to produce accurate components.
- Operate specialized tools use manual lathes mills drills shears rollers and benders.
- Measure and assemble utilize calipers rulers micrometers and other precision tools to ensure top-tier quality.
- Collaborate and grow work alongside expert craftsmen in a structured mentorship program.
- Maintain quality and safety ensure all work meets company standards while following safety guidelines.
Position Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in machining manufacturing or a related field.
- Familiarity with drill guides jigs weld jogs and fixtures.
- Soldering and welding experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive hands-on approach.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with calipers and micrometers preferred.
- 13 years experience with scales rulers and protractors.
