We are seeking a diligent and detailoriented PIP Litigation Claims Adjuster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving personal injury protection (PIP) claims in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires strong analytical skills excellent communication and a deep understanding of insurance policies and regulations.
Job Description
- Handle either MI or NJ PIP claims
- Estimate damage up to $10K $20K in reserves
- Litigated Desk
Salary/Benefits
- $70000 $90000/year (based on experience)
- 401k

- PTO Days & Sick time
- Hybrid
Requirements
- 2 years of experience handling PIP claims (either NJ or MI)
- MI license a plus!
- Litigation experience is required
- Must be comfortable commuting to the office on the required hybrid basis
