Role :Application Support Consultant UNIX/LINUX/ORACLE/PLSQL

Responsibilities:
You are supporting the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition effort estimation design deployment and participate in unitlevel and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high quality and valueadding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines policies and norms of Infosys.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience inL2 Application Supportrole preferably from Finance or Banking Industry.
Technically proficient inUNIX/LINUX Oracle PLSQL Shell ScriptingAutosys Batch MonitoringAutomation Tools Familiarity with ITIL processes (Certification preferred)
Experience inMajor Incident management Problem Management Change Management Request Management
Perform the full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities based on the ITIL Framework: Incident and Problem
Have verystrong communication skills(written & verbal) and must be able to: leverage your influencing skills to gain
Good to Have SRE Automation and efficiency Improvement : A person who is passionate about the new tools SPLUNK APPDYNAMIC etc. technologies Unix Oracle Java Informatica etc. and processes ITIL DevOps Agile) and adopt them in the working environment to increase the efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred:
SRE Flavor would be additional advantage.
