About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Junior o9 Consultant to join our growing Supply Chain Planning practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career in digital supply chain transformation and enterprise planning platforms like o9 Solutions.
As a Junior Consultant you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and client teams to support the implementation configuration and enhancement of o9-based planning solutions across demand supply inventory and integrated business planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on o9 platform implementations supply planning
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions user workshops and solution design discussions.
- Perform data analysis mapping validation and transformation activities.
- Extensive hands on in configuring the o9 platform based on functional requirements and client needs.
- Execute test scenarios support UAT and troubleshoot issues in coordination with senior consultants.
- Develop training materials and support end-user training.
- Stay updated on o9’s latest features best practices and supply chain industry trends.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in supply chain planning / enterprise planning / analytics roles (consulting or industry background preferred).
- Work on o9 Solutions platform and exposure to other supply chain planning tools (like Blue Yonder Kinaxis SAP IBP Anaplan) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts — demand planning supply planning inventory management or S&OP.
- Good hands-on skills in data analysis (Excel SQL or Python preferred).
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced collaborative consulting environment.
