Job Description
- Analyze Manufacturing Processes: Evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement using Lean methodologies.
- Implement Lean Principles: Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations reduce production times increase efficiency and improve quality.
- Design and Optimize Systems: Design systems that improve productivity and reduce defects optimizing manufacturing layouts to improve workflow and minimize bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to align processes and achieve business goals.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot manufacturing issues material flow and production capacity.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Use statistical methods and performance metrics to understand and improve performance conducting advanced data collection for process mapping.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on Lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives to foster a culture of ongoing enhancement.
- Monitor Compliance: Conduct regular audits and assessments of production processes to ensure compliance with Lean standards.
Qualifications :
We are looking for:
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Professional Experience in a similar position (at least 3 years)
- Crossfunctional experiences in different functional areas (from Operations Production / Manufacturing)
- Project and/or Process Experience
- The ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- English Advanced is mandatory
- Communication and training skills
- Good abilities in MS Office and SAP
