Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and passionate Associate Software Engineers to join our growing development team. You will work under the guidance of senior developers and contribute to real-time projects across web mobile or backend technologies. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to kickstart their software development career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design development testing and deployment of software solutions
Write clean scalable and well-documented code
Fix bugs and improve performance in existing applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA UI/UX and Product
Participate in code reviews and learn best practices
Continuously explore new technologies and frameworks
Follow company processes standards and agile development practices
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP Data Structures Algorithms)
- Familiarity with any programming language (e.g. JavaScript PHP Java Python etc.)
- Basic knowledge of databases and APIs
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
