Im Robert Ljunggren and I lead a team that supports the contact center platform Telia ACE. Our mission is to help Telias corporate customers to create the best customer interactions possible. We do this by developing a market leading communication solution based on highend technology.

As part of our support team you will help our customers to solve their support tickets.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Troubleshooting and resolving complexincidents from start to end regarding Telia ACE software related platform network systems as well as customer target environment
Problem investigation
Customer communication and guidance.
Participate in 24/7 oncall duty every 45 weeks
We think that you have a passion for technology and helping others. You are the most satisfied when you have solved a tricky problem and managed to quickly and smoothly help a customer in need.
Your personal competencies:
Problem solving oriented
Service minded
Selfdriven and able to work independently as well as in a group of people
Unrestricted communication in Swedish and English both in speech and in writing
Your Experience:
University degree in ITtechnologies (or similar experience)
At least 3 years of relevant experience after graduation
Nice to have:
Digital forensics tools experience with endpoint and network logs
Knowledge of Windows functionalities and settings
Basic navigation skills in SQL
