What will you be doing

The Account Executive works closely with the CGD team in the of the production process and is involved in the report generation analysis and presentations for clients as assigned. The Account Executive builds strong relations with the key users and contacts at the clients organisation and is involved in guiding and training new members of the team as well as being involved as required with the data management process and guiding the junior team members.

Job Responsibilities


The Account Executives responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Build strong relationships with the users and key contacts at the clients organization as their trusted advisor

Actively seeks out client product performance in the market to keep insights and analysis relevant.

Establish strong internal crossdepartmental relationships

Display a thorough understanding of the business and our service offerings and innovative approaches that could deliver growth for our clients

Build an understanding of the financial elements that are relevant in this role and the impact you have on them

Oversee and guide new junior team members and assist in their orientation and on boarding.

Assists and helps the project or operational teams where necessary

Attends training business updates knowledge shares and team events as and when required

Adheres to all relevant policies and procedures

Communicates issues deadlines to SAE/AM as required


Requirements


Tertiary Education with 1 3 years working experience

Demonstrate an innate interest in market research and data driven decision making

Enjoys both the analysis and delivery of client presentations

High level of attention to detail

High level of technology proficiency

Revenue retention on accounts

Client Satisfaction CSAT

Contract expansions / incremental revenue generation

On time and correct deliverables

Thought Leadership creation

Technology adoption in client portfolio

Achievement of Balanced Score card objectives

Complete the training program and panel process successfully
